Over the course of three months, a diverse group of Achievers -- talented teens from low-income neighborhoods in the Boston area -- worked together to learn, develop, and educate people about core leadership skills in solving conflicts. We had a rich experience together -- bringing out internal strengths, struggles, and insights that changed everyone participating.
By discovering and then telling their leadership stories, the Hope participants turned their teenage experiences into teaching tools that now can reach a broad audience and make additional positive change.
Art, poetry, short stories, role playing. This 14-minute video captures it all and is the result of this exciting collaboration.
It also marks the beginning of Hope's "Stories of Hope and Leadership" video series, which provides a look into our partner sites, our teen participants, and our learning module approach.
Enjoy!
