In today's Hope Clip, Zaynab and fellow Malik Academy students Shukri and Asma share the importance of thinking before you respond in order to avoid "escalating"—which can make a conflict worse. Asma and Shukri emphasize that managing your stress means "you feel better about yourself" and are better able to "de-escalate" the situation and find a solution.
